YogaUnion has created yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC) since 2004.
It is an internationally accredited program with Yoga Alliance Professionals, based on AshtangaVinyasa Flow. The teaching team is consisted of Indian and Greek specialists prone to share their knowledge and experience to a group of people willing to participate in a transformative experience.
YogaUnion have held various Yoga Teacher Training Courses in Greece and all over the world, where teachers from both India & Greece giving to the people who love yoga the unique opportunity to development their unique personal voice and style as a teacher and to gain the skills & ability to teach others.
The 4-week intensive programs of study are specialy designed to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to teach Ashtanga and Vinyasa ‘Flow’.
It is the ideal opportunity for those who want to experience the India’s authentic culture & history in yoga teaching, while living in Greece.
All TTCs, follow Yoga Union’s Teacher Training course method, which is based on the eight limbed yoga philosophy of Patanjali and emphasizes on all the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga, not only on Asana. There is a lot of emphasis on Yamas, Niyamas, Pranayama, concentration, meditation techniques and mindfulness. This comprehensive curriculum also includes Yoga philosophy including Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, yogic lifestyle and ethics, yogic diet, basic ayurveda, anatomy and physiology for yoga teachers and practitioners.
